Beyonce to debut at #1 in the US

Beyonce is set to debut at #1 in The States next week, after experts predict her album will sell between 600,000 and 650,000 copies, which is almost double the average weekly sales of a #1 record. Her album B’Day, named thanks to it being released on her 25th birthday. Not only does she have one of the biggest debut weeks in years as a birthday present, but her boyfriend, Def Jam CEO Jay-Z has splashed out and bought her a $1m convertible Rolls Royce.
