Beyonce parties with Filipinos

Thousands of fans filled the Bonifacio Open Field for Beyonce Knowles’ one night concert Wednesday night. The concert is part of Beyonce’s world tour which will include Seoul, South Korea and Taipei, Taiwan. Security arrangements were tight with the police deploying a huge number of officers to ensure safety in the area. Bonifacio Open Field is located in the middle of Global City, a rising metropolis that used to be military camp formerly known as Fort Bonifacio. Among the screaming fans were local movie stars, models, singers, actors and television hosts. The two-hour concert featured Beyonce’s songs from her group Destiny Child, her albums as solo artist and theme songs from the movie ‘Dream Girls.’ The 70,000 fans went nuts when Beyonce sang ‘Crazy in Love’ in her opening number and closed down the show with the song ‘Irreplaceable.’
