Beyonce and Rihanna battle it out for Bodyguard role?

Beyonce and Rihanna are competing to be the star of a movie remake.
The pop rivals are said to be at the top of the list of potential lead actresses in a new version of Eighties hit movie The Bodyguard which starred Whitney Houston as a pop diva who falls for her protector, played by Kevin Costner.
“The crucial thing about this movie is that the star has to be able to sing and act,” reveals a movie insider. “Beyonce has already established herself as an actress so she is the clear favorite for the role right now but it depends if they want to go for someone younger like Rihanna.”

The Proposal star Ryan Reynolds is among those tipped to take Costner’s role.
I WOULD MUCH RATHER SEE BEYONCE PLAY THIS ROLE. SHE HAS EVERYTHING THAT IT NEED . SO WHAT ABOUT THE AGE. SHE HAS THE LOOKS, STYLE, AND NOT TO MENTION GREAT VOICE AND NOT A REGULAR A VOICE THAT NO ONE ON THIS EARTH COULD EVER MAINTAIN, OR RECIVE.

RiRi is best for the role, her powerful attention demending voice plus simply hey persona and character suits this role, sexxy as hell. Beyonce is a little on a mellow side plus the acts and storyline of the moovie is just not Beyonce like. Ofcurse the queen B,she has this sweet voice that you can not imagine,or like that girl called rihanna who sounds like a goat.can rihanna even sing 1 of whitney’s songs with that her voice?but the queen B can kill it.directors or producers shouldn’t even compare her to beyonce,it’s a let down on beyonce.

Beyonce will be a person for that part. They need a strong voice. Not a voice that is going to get on people nerve like Rihanna’s. Whitney have a beautiful voice in so do Beyonce.
I would love to see Trenyce(from Americian Idol season 2) get cast as the singer in the new BodyGuard movie. Not only because she is beautiful and graceful but she has proven to the world she has the pipes to do so and this will also be a great career boost for her. She has sung songs by whitney while she was a constestant on Amercian Idol and I feel she would be great at this.
