For the second week in a row, the “Crazy in Love” songstress is the top dog in the music world, with a two-week total of 426,000 copies sold thus far.

What’s even more impressive is that Adele’s five-month-old album 21 is still sitting pretty at the #2 spot.

Rounding out the top five are Selena Gomez & The Scene, Jason Aldean, Bad Meets Evil, Jackie Evancho, Jill Scott, Lady GaGa, Big Sean, and Lloyd.

In other news, Beyonce recently released the music video for her single “Best Thing I Never Had.”

The new track comes off Miss Knowles’ new album “4″ and has found itself in the top of the industry charts in multiple countries including the States, as well as the UK, Spain, France, Singapore and Taiwan.

Opening up on Piers Morgan, the “If I Were a Boy” songstress revealed, “I always said I would have a baby at 30. But I also said I was gonna retire at 30.”

Explaining that “only God knows” when she will get pregnant, the star also mentioned that she will continue to focus on her music.

As for turning the big 3-0, Beyonce went on to say that she “can’t wait because 29 is very strange. You’re still in your 20s,” she elaborated. “But you feel like you’re supposed to be 30, and I feel like a woman.”

Miss Knowles added, “I feel like 30 is the ideal age because you’re mature enough to know who you are and to have your boundaries and your standards and not be afraid of [being] too polite. But you’re young enough to be a young woman, and I’m so looking forward to it.”

The “If I Were a Boy” singer recently perfected Pulse, a seductive scent and follow-up to the star’s perfumes Heat and Heat Rush.

In an exclusive interview with People, Beyonce told, “Pulse is a fragrance you can wear all the time. I love the idea of a signature scent that lets a woman leave her mark wherever she goes, so I always try to make my scents appropriate for any occasion.”

The scent comes in an upside-down chrome-and-blue bottle with a chrome cap, inspired by B’s stage costumes and hits stores in September.

The “Single Ladies” songstress looks super fine holding a melting ice cream cone in the cover shot, and is featured in a “scorching hot trailer park fantasy” inside.

Knowles explained that she has needed a break from the music industry for awhile now, given her non-stop career.

“I needed some time to live. I’ve been signed to the same label since I was 12 years old and never had more than a month and a half off since I was 13. I’ve worked so hard for so many years and just felt like, ‘Well, why not?’”

The Ken Jeong hosted event was held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, with Eminem emerging as the big winner upon taking home six trophies including Top Artist.

Beyonce was feted with the Billboard Millenium Award for her career achievements. Beyonce looked hot and performed in front of all the celebrities and fans, passing on to the crowd waves of enthusiasm while shaking her body.

Other artists enjoying a successful evening included Taylor Swift as Top Billboard 200 Artist, Justin Bieber as Top New Artist and Rihanna as Top Female Artist.

Performers taking the stage during the Billboard Music Awards included Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj, Far East Movement, Mary J Blige and Lil Wayne.

On Wednesday Beyonce was in the house at the United Center in Chicago for the “Surprise Oprah” farewell show taping.

Knowles performed “Run the World (Girls)” for the departing talk show hostess along with plenty of famous friends as well.

The singer also released the artwork for her upcoming “4″ album – which has yet to put forth a release date.

The “Single Ladies” star borrowed the song from Lee Greenwood and put her own snazzy twist on it.

The tune debuted on “Piers Morgan Tonight” on CNN and the proceeds from the sale of the song will go to the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children Benefit Fund.

The songstress turned up in a snug and cleavage-baring Pucci dress that was virtually impossible to walk in. This made posing for pictures and turning around for the other bank of photographers quite difficult. Which resulted in booing. Lots of booing.

It needed several people to get Miss B. up the stairs. At least one of them was Jay Z., so that’s not so bad.

Jay-Z appeared quite unpleased with the booing, so he commented to the photographers: “Now you got your photo” after they managed to pose for them.

The couple looked smart in their outfit.

But it looks like Beyonce is hoping to reclaim her throne as the queen of the charts in her new video – quite literally.

Spotted filming her new video for the first single Girls from the album, the 29-year-old was wearing a huge gold crown.
She continued the regal theme with a red flag bearing her initial ‘B’ and lots of gold jewellery.

But giving her ensemble a bit of sex appeal, she opted for high-waisted hotpants and a grey bra instead of a royal robes.

Surrounded by dancers dressed in military-wear, it appears Beyonce is well equipped for her assault on the charts.
